Network Switch maintenance in our DC

Details We are going to start several updates for the configuration of our switches. Each switch will be rebooted which will cause a network outage between 2 and 4 minutes for servers connected to it. Work will be done in the morning between 6am and 12pm from monday, 27.01.2012. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused but we had to carry out this essential work.

Upgrade of ticketing system performed, we also had to purge all old tickets

Hi Guys,Due to a small issue we had in our tickets, there was an anomaly caused by the previous billing software which was not enabling us to view old tickets from the admin panel, we made the decision to purge ALL old tickets.  Any tickets that were important we have kept in printed form and will make them available if needed on a client by client basis.

DNS Updates for new VPS Structure

Due to the success of the new server upgrades we were pleased to announce mybe a 5-10 minute downtime at the most on sites during the upgrades, we now need to finish the job by completing the DNS Server upgrades this evening, Sunday 28th Aug 2011.  This upgrade will be done in unsociable hours after midnight and will complete all the forseeable upgrades.  We were unable to complete ...
